Sit down friends and i shall tell thee a tale of love, hatred, treason and above all hope.
My name is 50 copper and as a bard i have met a stunniong young elf named elunae.
As a child of a human mother who wondered one day in the realms of elves, she was an outcast. Her father being a high ranking elf could not persuade his fellow kin to keep this half bred in town. Though she looked graciously like an elf the high counsil could not accept the human blood coursing through her veins. So her mother a simple peasant took her to the town of goldshire.
Alas bitter tidings befell upon the mother and money soon ran out. Seeing no other option than to sell her child to a local carnival, she left in bitter tears her child to the bitter carnival boss.
Her quick and nimble fingers soon gained her fame and when nights she was off duty, she taak her skills to the streets seeking money for pleasure.
Times were good but dark clouds gathered above her head. One slip of the finger, a trick performed thousand times but alas one time too much and a dead preformer on stage. It didnt look all that good for the carnival. Outcast once more, she took her knowledge and agility to the streets of Darnassus.
Arrived their she soon was accepted in the big guild of the shining strand. She began to revell in guild life and soon found out she was actually making friends.
Bitter strife amongst different officers of this guild soon led to the collapse of this guild.
Once more on her self she found herself to the mercy off the crimson pirates. She was blackmailed into spying on other guilds. Her method was easy, pose as a rookie into other guilds, be accepted and find out everything she could and then mail it to the pirates.
Gaining no fufillment by this method she embraced her father call to accept the light in her heart and leave the evil ways of yore. Braced by the light of elune, strenghted by experience she was accepted in the inquisition. Ready to make new found friends, leave her past behind her and once more stand up for the greater good of elvenkind. OH yes great stories still await and many more songs perhaps shall follow.
I thank you kindly for listening to this ballad of elunae and remember the name 50 copper, your friendly bard at your service.
