"Sevim Naijlo, a 28 years old female warlock."
Sevim has long, dark hair. She's an introvert woman, she does not say much, and especially among strangers she can be quite shy. When people get to know her, she is very gentle and friendly. It seems like she wants to make sure she doesn't trust the wrong kind of people.
It's hard to talk with Sevim about her past, even if it looks like such a nice one. She shrugs or just glares when asked how and where she grew up, or how 'such a pretty lady became a warlock', quoting a curious dwarf in Lakeshire. Some good friends of her managed to hear the story from Sevim herself.
Sevim lived in Stormwind for quite some years, with her father, stepmother and stepsister Eska. After her father suffers from a mysterious disease and dies, Sevim decided to leave her mother and sister and find her luck elsewhere. It appears that Sevim blames herself for her father's death. No one knows exactly why.
She roamed the world for a long time, just by herself. She befriended a man, Upton, who introduced her to the world of fighting skills and staff training. She became a warlock, and a succesful one too, as she was allowed to summon demons after it became clear that Sevim was not a person easily corrupted by the darker magic arts. She is very clear about the profession of a warlock; the arts of any kind of magic may only be used to do good and bring justice. This is Sevims goal in life. She wants to become stronger, so she can aid the weak and helpless.
She made some good friends, who help her on her travels and enjoy her company.
----------
After years of training, one day Sevim returns to Elwynn Forest again.
"What am I to do, oh my.." Sevim sat down near a tree and rubbed her sweaty handpalms, annoyed by her urge to sob and wither away. The sound of the lumberjacks of the Eastvale Logging Camp, cutting trees, echoed in her head and she took a deep breath. When she stood up, she heard a familiar voice.
"Leaving already?"
Sevim turned her head as fast as she could.
"Esk? What are you doing here?"
"I live here! Well, sort of.. What are YOU doing here?" asked the young woman standing tall. Sevim grabbed and held her stepsister so tight they both had trouble breathing. After a moment gasping at each other they walked towards Stormwind.
"How is mother?" asked Sevim.
"She still works as a physician in town and she's doing fine, by herself." Sevim turned around to look at her little sister. (Which was hard, Esk being a night elf and much taller and all)
"What do you mean, by herself? Don't you live with her anymore?" Eska burst out in a gracious laugh.
"I'm no longer your little sister, Sev, I've actually grown up. And stop staring."
"Uh, okay. Ehm. Where do you live nowadays, then?", Sevim asked, trying to sound more mature.
"I've become an adventurer. Just like you. Mother hates it, really. She says you gave me the wrong ideas. But I love it. Wandering." Esk rearranged her daggers, obviously trying to impress Sevim.
"Where did you get those?!" whispered Sevim, looking around to see if someone overheard their conversation.
"Oh, come on, sister! Look at yourself and your huge staff.. Now, don't try to hide it!"
"I'm not!"
"Yes you are. Aren't you proud of yourself, coming this far?" Sevim shrugged.
"I'm just doing what I have to do. And obviously, so do you. Although I would have preferred if you had chosen a safer profession." They both looked at the ground, walking towards the huge statues in front of the city of Stormwind.
"Mother will be most delighted to see you." said Eska.
"I won't be staying long." replied Sevim.
((Don't be too hard on me, this is my first background-post!))
