Hail Inquisitors!
I call you to a meeting in Stormwind at 1900 CET on Sunday May 28. The meeting will take place in the large uninhabited building in the Dwarven District, no formal attire demanded. We need to discuss further guild endeavours, new officers and find out where we are going. After this meet my hope is that we will have gruops ready, able to do instances together. Nothing can make us more ready to take on the Undead than learning to work as a team, especially in the halls of the Scarlet Crusade in Tirisfall Glades, in the castle Scholomance or city of Stratholme.
So meet me in our halls in the Dwarven District; help me stake out a future together! Long Live the Inquisition!
Your Temporary Lawbringer, Sureblade

Far, far to few inquisitors showed up. It was me, Vïra, Blazz and Custer. It was clear we need more active members. Thus Blazz, Vïra and Custer were given authority to grant people the priveliege of being part of Inquisitors of Lordaeron and were sent out in the world to try to restore us to greatness.

Just a brainwave...
But i think we should set our prioritys straight. if we are going for a more RP enviroment or for a raiding enviroment .
then we should start by recruiting the right people of the chosen enviroment, and profile our guild to the community in such a way that it is clear to exsiting members and new ones what we want.
Also we want to make sure what kind of members we want, if we choose raiding for example we need to know which classes races and how many and recruit appropiatly and not just every bloke that askes for an invite.
Second, We should set goals that we wish to achieve in either one of the two area's. And some kind of timeframe in wich we want to achieve them, again to create clearity to exsiting members and possible new members. so we can get rid of the rotten fruits. rotten fruits meaning in attitude, makes sure everyguild member helps achieving those goals. in other words not a hardcore raider in a RPguild (not that you can't RP but your motivation is different wich sets the guild back) or a hardcore 24/7 Rper in a raiding guild.
Any way we will probably loose members. this although i believe will be for the good of the guild and the leaving members. i mean an RPer doesn't want to be surrounded by hardcore raiders and other wise.
third, we need structure, dedicated officers who knows what their job is in the guild and perform those tasks at the maximum of their abilities.
forth, everyone should register to the forum and have the calender mod online and use them. no exceptions. I know a while back the FMDs where introduced and the officers did ask the questions to the members that where online at that time. I also believe that their should be penalties for those who don't. again for the progress of the guild.
I'm not saying wich road we should take but that we should take a road and not keep wandering between in the forest. of course you can probably combine RP to raiding but it should be clear what the main priority is and that we expect you to act that way.
wich road, prioritys goals and such should be decided rather soon then late. and when we start achieving them expand them, in wich more RP and raiding can be interconnected. But we shouldn't start that way As it will only leave us whit hopes and dreams of the crops on both fields not plowing either.
Well that is my opinion.
