Current orders regarding recruiting:

This is my short guide on "how to recruit people?"
1. Use the guild add for recruiting or make your own. I think mine works fine
"We are recruiting!Want to do ZG/MC/BWL?Can't get in big guilds,or can't get your items because they amassed DKP points?Inquisitors of Lordaeron are staring raiding ZG this sunday.Join us for PVE/RP.40-60lvl!85 members now.We need healers,mages/locks"
2. Use the looking for group channel to recruit so /4 Guild Add
I know there is a special channel for this (called guild recruitment) but its not a default channel so almost no one has it (except other guild leaders , which is pointless to spamm their ass with it)
3. Never just add someone to guild. Talk with them. Many times they turn out to be a total ass , and trust me : I dont want there even 60lvl Epic Geared Priest who is an ass.
Things to look out for , if they use phrases like these , give it up:
" hi , inv"
"hi , invite pliz"
"Can I join plz?
"When do u raid mc?"
"I am 14lvl but I level very fast , I am a power gamer"
4. Things to ask:
a) do you RP?
If they say : never , give up
"Why don't you RP? this is RP server"
"I joined by mistake" <--- true story
b) How old are you if I may ask?
Since majority here are older players , we say no to 14 year olds. There are few exceptions but come on , do you expect him to act mature when it comes to loot sharing?
5. If someone who is not a Healer/Caster want to join , ask them if they can get us 60lvl members , if they can , tell them to whisper me
When you get whispers from warriors/rogues/hunters/paladins just say this " I am sorry , we are full on [class here]"
Don't say shit like "no , can;t you read? fuck off" its just not Nice and its not their fault 20% of the server are rogues
6. After you invited someone to guild give them a nice welcome
/g Haill [name]
7. Send them introduction mail.
8. Send me a mail that we have new member with his name/age/class and short info about him if nessesary. also confirm that he got the introduction mail
