Want to do guild instance runs? Classes and people that you need are just not online or are coming too late? Get your group going with calendar. Every member can add his entry to the calendar and the rest of the guild can see it and "confirm" or "deny" his coming.
First you need calendar:

Now lets make some new entry:
chosse a day in calendar and click big red "new event" button
Now lets pick an instance : AQ mabay? There is a full list of those , every instance in game is there. If you wish to make an RP or PVP event just pick meeting
Customise a little bit:
Title: AQ raid , or mabay Inn RPing
Time: set a time date
Duration: how much will this take ? Most instances I say atleast 2h
Level: well what levels can confirm there , 8 lvl mage is no use to use there right?
Description: some extra info like: get us a priest or remember to repair
Click the red button done and guess what , you are done ;p
